History and Experience

BEREN CONSTRUCTORA was created in 2004, after a reorganisation of several other companies. From the onset, BEREN has worked for third parties developing major constructions for the public and private sectors, has worked on the refurbishment of historical buildings, and on subsidized housing, in the Autonomous Region of Valencia. BEREN complies with ISO 9001 quality standards. In 2008, the Miguel Hernández University in Elche recognised BEREN as a 5-Star Company on account of the company’s impact, reputation and the quality of services. Furthermore, BEREN obtained the highest rank in the Spanish Ministry for Economic Affairs and Finance’s classification system for construction companies.

BEREN CONSTRUCTORA obtained the highest qualification in the Spanish Ministry for Economic Affairs and Finance’s classification system for construction companies. This seal of approval is only granted to the most solvent companies, and proves a high level of technical expertise, mechanisation, construction experience and economic liquidity.
